Fresh young guys bringing you old school jazz
Cats Collective is an Amsterdam based jazz collective with a love for old school jazz standards. Their goal is to bring quality and class back to the jazz scene, reliving the days of Sinatra, Vaughan and Nat King Cole.
Cats Collective was founded by jazz singer and songwriter Pepijn de Wit (1991), who has been singing jazz since the age of fourteen. With his deep, warm voice he has been named the next Bublé, but his ultimate goal is to write new songs that can stand the test of time, in the tradition of Gershwin and Van Heusen.
Together with bass player and arranger Camiel Jansen and jazz guitarist Luuk Janssen, they form a unique group of young professional musicians, ready to blend the modern music scene with traditional class and craftsmanship.
